Playoff pairings are set at the Softball Alberta U13C and U15C provincial championships in Blackfalds.
The event is being hosted by the Alberta Softball Umpires Association.
Four teams in each division advanced to the first-round of playoffs set for 9:30 am on Sunday at Sterling Industries Park. All four teams had 3-1 records.
In the U13C division, Calgary West Hills - Grant and Airdrie Angels square off in one semi-final, while Leduc Jets and Rimbey Rays are in the other semi-final. The two winners advance to the gold medal game at 2:30 pm. The bronze medal game is set for 12 noon.
In the U15C division, the Page playoff system is used. First place finishers St. Paul Storm and Strathmore Thunder meet in the A1/ B1 game with the winner advancing to the gold medal game at 2:30 pm. Second place finishers Sedgewick Steelers and Grande Prairie Pirates play in the A2/ B2 game. The winner advances to play at 12 noon against the loser of the 1st vs 1st game.
